Users who provide personally identifiable information at the time of submission will be asked whether they wish to receive future offers and updates from Eveready and may opt-in at that time by checking the appropriate opt-in box. Children’s Privacy
The Site allows individuals of any age to participate in our online offers, unless stated otherwise. We will age screen to ensure that any child under the age of 13 can only provide us with his or her e-mail address in order to participate in any online offers. The email address will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the one-time request for which the information was provided, will not shared with any third parties, and will be immediately deleted upon fulfillment of the one-time request. As required under COPPA, Eveready will not collect more personally identifiable information from children under 13 than is necessary for them to participate in the online activity.
